Ms. Rachna Pednekar is a HR Professional and brings a wealth of 15+ years Industry experience. She has done her Masters in Economics/ Political Science from Mumbai University. After that she completed her M.M.S (Human Resources) from GNIMS, Khalsa College. She has completed her Masters in Psychology (Part 1) from IGNOU. Rachna is an Internationally certified Coach in Yog Science & Mind restructuring techniques. Her first job was at National Association for the Blind (India), Training & Development & Counseling being her core area. After that she joined a corporate firm for 6 months.Later she joined Saifee Hospital, and continued her long stint of 9 years. She joined Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre and her area was Training & Strategic HR. She worked with Jaslok Hospital for 2 years. Rachna has conducted Workshops on Motivation, Stress Management, Team Building, Conflict Management, Communication Skills, Positive Living, Self Awareness to name a few. She has also conducted a workshop on Bye ByeStress for the Police Personnel at Colaba Police Headquarters.

She has won the ‘ Rajiv Gandhi Gold Medal ‘ award in the year 2013 for her dedication and achievements in the field of Social Service. She is on the selection panel of Welingkars and IES College. She is an Executive Counsel Member of National Institute of Personnel Management’. Apart from this she is currently pursuing training in Indian Classical music. She has a passion for travelling, fitness, yoga, laughter yoga& spiritual fitness.She has travelled extensively.
